1 cup Rancho Gordo Crimson Popping Corn
- 1/4 cup coconut oil

2 tbsp Kosmo’s Q Nashville Hot Wing Dust
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter

1/4 cup Cattleman’s Grill Pit Fire Hot Sauce
Directions
- On the side burner of the Napoleon Phantom 500 Gas Grill, melt the coconut oil in a Finex Dutch Oven over medium heat.
- When the oil is melted, add the Rancho Gordo Crimson Popping Corn. Cover the dutch oven with a lid. Carefully shake the dutch oven every 30 seconds, keeping it covered.
- Let the corn pop until 2-3 seconds in between pops. Remove from the heat.
- In a Finex one quart cast iron sauce oan, melt your butter. Add the Cattleman’s Grill Pit Fire Hot Sauce and Kosmo’s Q Nashville Hot Wing Dust and whisk well to combine as it comes to a simmer.
- Transfer your popped corn to a large bowl. Pour the butter mixture over the popcorn. Toss to coat.
