Deliciously creamy and crunchy Baked Jalapeño Poppers are within your reach! Made with jalapeños, cream cheese, and panko-breaded for that perfect crunch, this treat can be yours with just a few simple steps.
Ingredients
- 16 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 2/3 cup fresh jalapeños (diced)
- 2 large eggs
- 4 cups panko bread crumbs
Directions
- Mix all ingredients except panko in a large bowl. Form into small balls (mixture should yield 20 - 30 poppers) and roll in panko. Make sure each ball is coated evenly. Place the poppers onto a baking sheet or into a small foil pan.
- Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640 (or other grill) to 350°F. Set your grill up in baking mode, or set it up for indirect heat. Bake the jalapeño poppers for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
