Bring your next gathering to the next level with our Beef Enchilada Skillet Dip! This easy-to-make dish takes traditional beef enchiladas and transforms them into a dip that will tantalize the taste buds of all your guests.
Ingredients
- 1.5 lb ground beef
- 1/2 large yellow onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced

Cattleman’s Grill 8 Second Ride Carne Asada Seasoning

1 bottle Flavolcano Smoky Red Pepper Sauce by Panchero's Mexican Grill
- 8 oz sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 4 oz pepper jack cheese, grated
Directions
- Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640 to 400°F. Place a Lodge Logic 10” cast iron skillet in the cooker to preheat, as well.
- When the pan is hot, add a little oil to the pan, then the beef and onions. Season with 1-2 tablespoons of Cattleman’s Grill 8 Second Ride Carne Asada Seasoning, more for extra heat.
- When the meat is browned and onions are softened, add the garlic and Flavolcano Smoky Red Pepper Sauce by Panchero's Mexican Grill.
- Cook for about two minutes, then add the cheeses. Close the lid of the cooker and let the cheeses melt, 5-10 minutes. Serve with tortilla chips.
