Ingredients
- 3 lb frozen cherries
- 1 1/2 cup sugar
- 6 tbsp cornstarch
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp bourbon
- pinch salt
- 1 1/3 cup brown sugar
- 1 cup flour
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 10 tbsp butter, room temperature
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans, toasted
- 1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- pinch salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 3 tbsp heavy cream
- 1 tsp bourbon
- vanilla ice cream, for serving

Directions
- Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640 pellet grill to 350°F.
- Combine the filling ingredients in a bowl. Toss to incorporate. Transfer to a greased Lodge Logic 12” cast iron skillet.
- Combine the topping ingredients in a bowl. Mix well by hand to incorporate. Distribute the topping evenly over the filling.
- Bake until the topping is lightly browned, about 45-60 minutes.
- Whisk together the icing ingredients. Drizzle over the crisp. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
