  1. Remove all grates and shelves as well as the diffuser plate.

  2. Place the Yoder Smokers Wood Fired Oven heat distribution plate on the left side of the grill, directly over the firebox. Make sure the rectangle opening is over the fire with its heat deflector panel facing up.


  3. Set the dome directly onto the heat distribution plate, and locate the tabs at the front of the plate and dome that lock the two pieces into place.

  4. Insert the stone into the dome with the rough side up.


  5. Preheat the oven to the desired cooking temp for approximately 30 minutes.
