The Yoder Smokers YS480S Built-In Valance Kit is designed specifically for mounting your pellet grill into an outdoor kitchen setup. With three versatile installation options, this kit allows you to choose the best fit for your space and style—whether you’re building into stone, stucco, or another custom island material.

The custom-fitted, vented base helps dissipate heat to protect surrounding countertops and surfaces, while the 3-piece grease grain—with a convenient shutoff valve—makes cleanup simple and mess-free. The grease drain can be threaded into the bottom of the cooking chamber with the proper coupling. Whether you're a DIY enthusiast or working with a contractor, the Valance Kit gives you everything you need for a safe, seamless built-in setup.

For slide-in installations, an optional stainless trim ring is available to complete the look. This add-on creates a finished edge around the grill opening, covering any gaps and providing a polished, built-in appearance.

Note: This kit is designed for older model YS480S pellet grills that are being installed into an outdoor kitchen or removed from their original cart. Newer models of the YS480S Built-In Grill already include the valance as part of the standard construction and do not require this kit.
