This Clementi oven maintains temperatures over 700°F, and can finish your pie with the quick cook time of just 2 minutes.  The exclusive Air Plus system provides continuous air flow through the cooking floor and around the rounded oven roof, resulting in fast combustion, quick startup time and even temperature throughout the cooking chamber.  This oven offers a capacity for up to 6 medium pizzas, giving you the space you need to keep up with commercial pizza production.
