Alfa’s semi-professional Allegro model boasts the largest oven floor in their lineup, allowing you to cook up to 5 pizzas or 11 pounds of bread simultaneously, making it perfect for feeding gatherings of 15-30 people with ease. This wood-fired oven heats up rapidly, reaching cooking temperatures in just 20 minutes, and it can perfectly cook a Neapolitan-style pizza in just 90 seconds.
For added convenience, the Allegro oven offers an optional base that makes it easy to move and self-contained. The base is equipped with four rolling casters for mobility, a bottom shelf for storage, and side shelves for additional convenience. The door features two ergonomic wood handles that also serve as draft controls; opening the door wider increases heat, while closing it down promotes cooler convection cooking. With its powder-coated exterior, this unit not only offers durability but also adds a touch of style to any outdoor space.
