Too Easy: Italian Sliders

Get ready to level up your sandwich game with these irresistibly  easy Italian Sliders, perfect for a crowd-pleasing appetizer or a hearty snack. Preheat your Yoder Smokers YS640s Pellet Grill to 375ºF, outfitted with the Wood Fire Oven for that authentic smoky flavor. Mix together 1/4 cup mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of pesto until well combined, then slice a 12-pack of King’s Hawaiian Rolls horizontally. Spread the pesto mayo generously on the bottom slab, then layer on 4 slices each of ham, salami, and large pepperoni, followed by 6 slices of provolone cheese and 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoncinis. For the garlic butter, melt 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter, then whisk in 1 teaspoon of grated garlic and 1 teaspoon of Cattleman’s Grill Italiano Seasoning. Place the assembled sliders in a Lodge Cast Iron Casserole Dish, brush the tops with the garlic butter, and bake in the Wood Fired Oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown and the cheese is deliciously melted.
