Join us for an immersive evening of cooking and dining during our Dinner on the Grill class. This hands-on experience features a refined three-course meal prepared on the grill, paired with three exceptional wines presented by the evening’s sommelier.
Guided by our culinary team, you’ll learn techniques for grilling and plating an elegant seasonal menu while enjoying a complete dining experience in our Teaching Kitchen.
The evening begins with flaky croissant toast points topped with whipped cheese, crispy fried prosciutto, a drizzle of balsamic, and a touch of cured egg yolk. For the entrée, guests will prepare grilled Cornish game hen with cranberry gastrique, silky potato purée, and smoky Brussels sprouts tossed in a warm bacon vinaigrette. Dessert is a showstopper — pumpkin tiramisu layered with spiced mascarpone and espresso-soaked ladyfingers, finished with cocoa and cinnamon.
Throughout the class, participants will learn essential grilling techniques, explore flavor pairings, and enjoy each course with a curated wine selection.

Join us for Thanksgiving Favorites, a seasonal cooking class that reimagines holiday classics on the grill. This immersive class highlights the art of outdoor cooking with dishes that combine smoky flavor, fresh seasonal ingredients, and approachable techniques anyone can master.
The menu begins with a Honey Mustard Glazed Spatchcocked Turkey, where you’ll learn to balance sweet and tangy flavors while managing indirect heat and smoke. The glaze caramelizes into a golden crust, sealing in juicy, tender meat that’s full of flavor.
Next, you’ll prepare Smashed Potatoes — parboiled, flattened, and grilled until crisp on the edges and soft inside. A drizzle of garlic butter, a sprinkle of herbs, and a touch of smoke make this side dish unforgettable.
Finally, the class concludes with Pumpkin Tiramisu, a fall-inspired dessert layering espresso-soaked ladyfingers with spiced pumpkin mascarpone cream. The result is rich, airy, and perfectly balanced with the warm notes of the season.

WICHITA ANIMAL ACTION LEAGUE
In 2025, we had the incredible opportunity to raise over $1,300 for Wichita Animal Action League during our St. Patty’s Day celebration in Delano. The event featured a fun combination of meal sales and our popular “Puppies on the Patio” initiative, where attendees got to spend time with adoptable pups while enjoying the festivities. This event allowed us to not only celebrate the holiday but also support a local organization dedicated to improving the lives of animals in need. We are proud to be able to contribute to such a worthy cause and are committed to supporting initiatives that make a positive impact in our community.
WICHITA RAINBOWS UNITED
Our fundraiser was a huge success in raising funds for Rainbows United. Set on our covered patio, the event was filled with warmth, delicious food, and meaningful conversations. Guests indulged in a spread of pulled pork tacos, which added an extra layer of enjoyment to the day’s celebration. We are truly grateful for the incredible support from everyone who helped make this event so impactful!
